About the role

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse and Inventory Personnel to join our team in Bacoor City Cavite. This full-time, project-based role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our warehouse operations and inventory control processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, inspecting, and logging all incoming materials and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software
  • Organising and optimising storage and warehouse layouts to ensure efficient retrieval and distribution
  • Preparing and dispatching orders to project sites, ensuring timely delivery
  • Conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assisting with the coordination of warehousing activities with other departments, such as Procurement and Project Management
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution processes
  • Understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry
