Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time role based in Niog Bacoor City Cavite at In1go Technologies, Inc. This crucial position oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, resources, and personnel. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching inventory
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and systems to optimize productivity and inventory control
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the warehouse operations
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure the warehouse environment is well-organized, clean, and in compliance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in inventory management systems, data analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of warehousing best practices, including inventory control, storage, and material handling
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
