YouTube & Facebook Ads Campaign Manager / Media Buyer

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and YouTube ad campaigns that drive leads, engagement, and sales funnel growth.
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, YouTube conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking and performance visibility.
  • Build and refine custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding to identify winning combinations.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using dashboards and internal reporting tools.
  • Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams (GoHighLevel / ClickFunnels) to ensure seamless ad-to-funnel experiences.
  • Recommend scaling strategies, creative directions, and campaign optimizations backed by performance insights.

Requirements
Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of delivering qualified leads and achieving positive ROI.
  • In-depth understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies.
  • Experience setting up Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and troubleshooting tracking issues.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points)

  • Experience with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or Hyros tracking.
  • Background in running ads for coaching, consulting, wedding, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with email/SMS automations and ad-to-funnel optimization strategies.
