Looking for a highly creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media, Content, and E-commerce Specialist.

Your primary focus will be to create a flood of engaging, high-impact short-form videos that educate our audience on pigmentation, showcase our Nuevo products, and directly drive online sales. This role also involves managing paid ad campaigns, email marketing, community engagement, and basic e-commerce platform support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1/ Content & Video Creation (Primary Focus)

  • Script, shoot, edit, and publish a high volume of engaging short-form videos (Tiktok-style videos for FB and Instagram).
  • Create all supporting visual content (graphics, carousels, stories) for social media posts.
  • Collaborate on brand guidelines and messaging to ensure all content aligns with brand standards, utilizing provided materials and assets.
  • Maintain a consistent and high-frequency posting schedule (daily or weekly as required).
  • Ensure all content has a high-quality, professional, and on-brand aesthetic.

2/ Social Media & Advertising Management

  • Manage, maintain, and grow our Facebook and Instagram pages.
  • Implement powerful growth strategies to rapidly increase followers, engagement, and reach.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns and contests to boost product awareness and sales.
  • Setup, configure, maintain, evaluate, and fine-tune Facebook Ad campaigns, ad sets, and creative.
  • Schedule posts for optimal timing and manage the content calendar.

3/ Community & Customer Management

  • Actively respond to all comments, messages, and mentions on social media to build a loyal community.
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow up on reviews from customer purchases via Shopify.

4/ Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

  • Manage and execute newsletter-related tasks.
  • Fine-tune and optimize customer workflows and other feature sets within Klaviyo.

5/ E-commerce Support (Shopify)

  • Maintain Shopify theme elements, ensuring they are up-to-date and compatible with the existing design.

6/ Research & Strategy

  • Conduct in-depth research on topics related to Skin Pigmentation, Brightening, Aging, Acne, and care.
  • Translate complex product benefits of Nuevo Products into simple, compelling, and informative video content.
  • Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, click-through rates, sales conversions) to constantly refine the strategy.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, audio trends, and algorithm changes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS)

Must-Haves:

  • A strong portfolio of short-form videos you have created (Instagram reels, TikTok videos).
  • Proven experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns.
  • Expert-level skills in mobile video editing apps and graphic design tools.
  • Experience with Klaviyo for newsletters and customer workflows.
  • Experience with Shopify, including customer support and basic theme maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of what makes content engaging on FB and Instagram.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to research topics and create informative content.
  • Understand how to create content that drives sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic knowledge of skincare, specifically concerning pigmentation for Asian skin.
  • Experience using analytics tools (FB/Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
