Position Overview: The Cleantech Station Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the operations of a specific station, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities. This role involves supervising and guiding pump attendants and cashiers, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing station operations to deliver exceptional service. The Station Supervisor ensures the station operates effectively, aligns with company policies, and meets customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Supervision: Lead and manage station staff, including pump attendants and cashiers. Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure smooth station operations.
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain work schedules for station personnel to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Cash Handling: Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proper record-keeping of all financial transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of all supplies and products, including fuel, and ensure inventory is adequately stocked.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the receiving of deliveries, including fuel tanker deliveries, ensuring all processes are followed according to safety protocols.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain station reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. This includes inventory reports, delivery logs, and performance summaries.
  • Customer Service: Ensure the station maintains a high standard of customer service, addressing any customer issues or concerns promptly.

Work Schedule:

  • The Station Supervisor is expected to work 6 days per week with 8 hours of duty per day.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
  • Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and delivery procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report preparation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Environment:

  • This position involves overseeing the station's daily operations and interacting directly with staff and customers. Supervisors must ensure the station is well-organized, operates efficiently, and delivers an excellent customer experience.
