• OIC (Officer-in-Charge)
• Oversees overall station operations
• Manages manpower and prepares work schedules
• Ensures smooth and efficient daily operations
• Cashier
• Handles all cashiering transactions
• Maintains accurate cash records and daily sales reports
• Safekeeps funds and submits timely remittances
• Pump Attendant
• Dispenses fuel safely and efficiently
• Assists customers courteously at the pump
• Maintains cleanliness and follows safety protocols
• Supervisor
• Supervises manpower and station activities
• Monitors staff performance and compliance with policies
• Oversees and acknowledges receipt of fuel deliveries
