Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely order fulfillment and address processing issues in SAP and Salesforce. Collaborate to resolve discrepancies, optimize processes, and improve efficiency. Lead initiatives, implement best practices, and provide detailed reports to senior management. Develop real-time dashboards for order visibility.

Operational Duties

  • Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays in processing.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within the order management workflow.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance order processing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Implement best practices for order management and share insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on order fulfillment performance to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into order processing and fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 solid years of experience in BPO Industry voice account handling US account
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills, advanced MS Office abilities
  • Willing to work in shifts (APJ, EMEA or NA shift) and in a hybrid set-up (during on-boarding required to fully report on-site)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
