Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring the delivery of an excellent customer experience. This role combines strong sales ability, customer engagement, and operational efficiency to maintain a well-organized, visually appealing, and customer-focused store environment. The Sales Associate also supports day-to-day store operations and upholds company standards of service, professionalism, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and assist customers by identifying their needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Ensure that all product displays and store areas are clean, organized, and in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in product replenishment, and report fast-moving or low-stock items to the store supervisor.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, handle payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain familiarity with ongoing promotions, product updates, and store policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing activities, inventory checks, and housekeeping duties.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level (Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Sales-oriented, results-driven, and capable of handling multiple customers efficiently.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as needed.
  • Energetic, dependable, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
