Hexa Philippines Holdings, Inc. ("Hexa PH") is a renewable energy platform backed by I Squared Capital (ISQ), a leading global infrastructure investment firm with over USD 38 billion in assets under management. Hexa PH is actively developing a nationwide portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects, driving the country's clean energy transition.

We are looking for a Legal Officer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Legal and Compliance team. The role focuses on providing legal advice, reviewing and drafting contracts, and ensuring that the Company's projects and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Experience in the energy, power, or infrastructure sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice and opinions on corporate, regulatory, and project matters.
  • Assist in corporate housekeeping, governance compliance, and coordination with external counsel.
  • Support project and transaction teams in due diligence and documentation review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.); Member of the Philippine Bar.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
  • Preferably with exposure to energy, power, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills; able to work independently.
