Job Description:

As the Branch Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the Branch, ensuring excellence in customer service delivery and the effective marketing of the Bank's deposit and loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure branch operations comply with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage operational costs efficiently to achieve and sustain branch profitability.
  • Supervise and maintain a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the solicitation and cross-selling of deposit and loan products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's client base and increase revenue.
  • Design and execute marketing initiatives to drive deposit growth and achieve branch targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of branch operations (from Teller to Officer level).
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, and client relationship management within the banking industry.
