Job Title: Bank Teller

Location: GRBank Sindalan Branch

Job Description:

As a Bank Teller at Guagua Rural Bank, you will be the frontline representative responsible for providing excellent customer service by managing daily cash transactions and banking activities efficiently and accurately. You will assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, fund transfers, loan payments, and account openings and closings, while ensuring compliance with bank policies and safeguarding customer confidentiality. Your role also includes promoting bank products and services to help customers make the most of their banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine financial transactions such as accepting deposits, cashing checks, processing withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Open and close customer accounts in accordance with bank procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • Provide superior customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Promote new bank products and services to customers as appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to security protocols and compliance guidelines to prevent fraud and protect customer information
  • Collaborate with other bank staff to ensure smooth branch operations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business-related course or at minimum, with relevant banking experience or training preferred
  • Excellent numerical and arithmetic skills with strong attention to detail for accurate cash handling
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time during peak hours
  • Trustworthy with integrity and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer literacy to operate banking software and maintain records
  • Familiarity with banking policies, security protocols, and procedures (or willingness to learn)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
