The Role (What You'll Be Doing)Eucalyptus believes that providing multidisciplinary clinical support throughout treatment is vital.

We want patients to access the right clinician at the right time to support their journey. The Medical Support Associate will work alongside doctors, nurses, and pharmacists to triage, assess, and support patients. This role suits individuals passionate about healthcare, with strong communication skills and a dedication to excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities May IncludeProviding medical support to patients via email, including triage, assessment, and escalation when necessary. Responding promptly and accurately to patient inquiries, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Maintaining patient safety by addressing concerns carefully. Monitoring patient progress through tracking data and reaching out to support adherence. Supporting initiatives to improve access and treatment success, such as proactive outreach, managing GP and pharmacy communications, and conducting regular reviews.

Sharing patient insights and feedback with the clinical team and wider business. About You (Who

You Are)A Doctor of Medicine, Registered Pharmacist, or Registered Nurse with 2 years post-registration experience. Excellent written communication skills, patient-friendly email tone.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, collaborative, adaptable to change. Detail-oriented and meticulous in following processes. Bonus

Points ForExperience triaging in clinics or emergency settings. Previous telehealth experience. Interest in weight loss, skincare, sexual health, or fertility.
