QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Public Relations, BA Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related fields.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis communication effectively. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Background experience is an advantage.

DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalist, media outlets, and influencers.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media coverage.
  • Write and edit speeches, press releases, articles, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor public opinion and industry trends to guide communication initiatives.
  • Manage company communications during crises to minimize reputational risks.
  • Draft timely statements and coordinate with management for damage control.
  • Organize corporate events, sponsorships, and CSR activities.
  • Track media coverage and prepare regular PR performance reports.
  • Monitor public perception, online mentions, and brand statement,
