About the role
Hail Transport Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relation Staff to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Customer Relation Staff member, you will be providing high-quality customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers. The role is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. You will be responsible for on-the-ground frontline work in promoting and facilitating the use of the HAIL ride-hailing app. This role involves assisting passengers and TNVS drivers with bookings, promoting app registration through flyers and engagement, and ensuring users have a smooth and informed experience at designated booths or locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Booking Assistance
- Assist walk-in passengers in booking rides through the app
- Guide new users on how to use the app for booking
- Support TNVS drivers in understanding ride requests from the booth
- Coordinate with support teams for any booking concerns
App Promotion & Registration
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials in high-traffic areas
- Invite and encourage passengers and drivers to register and use the app
- Educate potential users about app benefits, promos, and features
- Assist users in downloading and signing up on the app
Booth Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned booth area
- Set up and organize flyers, banners, and promotional materials
- Log daily booth activities and registration performance
- Secure booth equipment (tablets, chargers, forms, etc.)
User Support & Feedback Collection
- Handle basic app-related inquiries and escalate technical issues when needed
- Collect feedback from passengers and drivers to improve experience
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally
- At least a high school/K-12 graduate; College-level is a plus
- With or without experience in field marketing, promotions, or customer service, experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Familiarity with mobile apps, basic smartphone navigation, and various customer service software and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident in public interaction; committed to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet performance targets
- Number of successful app registrations (daily/weekly)
- Number of assisted bookings
- Accuracy and completeness of user logs
- Feedback quality from passengers and drivers
- Attendance and shift compliance
- Rotating shifts (morning, mid, night); 8 hours/day, including booth set-up
- Stationed at assigned terminals, malls, or designated high-foot traffic locations
