Job Description

As a Technical Writer, you'll create, refine, and maintain documentation used across multiple teams and real estate software products. You'll collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, structured content-ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability across internal and client-facing materials.

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM AEST

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical writing
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with documentation tools such as RoboHelp, Elevio, or Pendo is desired
  • Strong understanding of business or software environments
  • All other duties as assigned

Your Daily Tasks

  • Work with subject matter experts to understand documentation needs
  • Learn complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly for a variety of users
  • Write, format, review, and proof procedural and technical documentation
  • Ensure consistency across all documentation and serve as an internal editor
  • Compose release notes for each software release
  • Develop, update, and structure online help materials
  • Verify that all help content is functional after software updates
  • Participate in new product demos and document new features
  • Create job aids and support articles for internal and external teams
