We're looking for a passionate and experienced dental professional to join our team as a Senior Resident. This role is ideal for someone seeking to deepen their clinical expertise, take on greater responsibility, and mentor junior residents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Patient Examination & Consultation: Conduct thorough oral health evaluations and discuss treatment goals with patients.
  • Treatment Planning & Delivery: Create and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and modern dental technologies.
  • Comprehensive Patient Care: Perform a full range of dental procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective outcomes.
  • Patient Education & Communication: Explain treatment options and preventive care clearly and compassionately to help patients make informed decisions.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Mentorship & Supervision: Guide and support junior residents and dental students in clinical skills and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Take the lead on complex cases and ensure the dental team follows clinical protocols and best practices.
  • Ongoing Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in dental care through continuous learning and participation in professional activities.

General Competencies:

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
  • Valid dental license in good standing.
  • Certification of Preceptorship or Post Graduate Training
  • Excellent clinical skills and dexterity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
