Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care, building strong patient relationships, and working collaboratively with a dedicated team of dental professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Examine, diagnose, and treat a variety of dental conditions, ensuring the highest level of care and patient comfort.
- Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and concerns. Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options.
- Procedures: Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, cleanings, and preventive care.
- Preventive Care: Provide patients with advice on proper oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle choices that can prevent dental issues.
- X-Rays and Diagnostics: Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to identify conditions and recommend treatments.
- Emergency Care: Provide emergency dental care as necessary for patients, including pain management and immediate treatment of injuries or dental issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and medical histories in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest advancements in dental technologies, treatments, and industry best practices through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Licensure: Active state dental license, in good standing, with no history of malpractice claims. [Include any additional licensing requirements based on state regulations.]
- Experience: Previous experience in clinical dentistry is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply.

- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and colleagues.
- Ability to manage a high volume of patients while maintaining quality care.
