Focusing primarily on building clinical skills in orthodontics and cosmetic dentistry, as well as representing the brand on social media.

This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a modern clinic setting, You'll perform clinical procedures, assist in patient care, and create educational content to engage our audience on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. The emphasis is on professional development, patient-first approach to treatment and care, and tech-enabled workflows.

Located in BGC, we use advanced technology like 3D scanning to deliver aesthetic, discreet dental solutions. Our team is dedicated to patient care, innovation, and fostering a supportive environment where professionals can grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Duties (70% of Role):

• Conduct patient consultations, 3D scans, invisible braces fittings, and follow-up adjustments under senior orthodontist supervision.

• Perform routine procedures such as teeth whitening, retainer fittings, and basic orthodontic treatments.

• Participate in treatment planning, patient education, and maintaining detailed records in compliance with Philippine Dental Association standards.

• Ensure high-quality patient care, focusing on comfort, clear communication, and positive outcomes.

• Learn, train, and be able to perform cosmetic dental procedures up to our international standards.

Social Media & Content Creation (30% of Role)

• Develop and share professional, informative content about orthodontic treatments, oral health tips, and patient success stories.

• Appear in videos and posts as a relatable, professional representative of Alina, hosting occasional live sessions or Q&As.

• Work with the marketing team to track engagement and refine content strategies.

• Respond to online inquiries with accurate, empathetic advice to build community trust.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recent graduate from a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program in the Philippines, with a valid PRC license (or in the process of obtaining).

• Interest in orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or digital tools (prior certifications like Invisalign training are a plus but not required).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to speak clearly, professionally, and engagingly with patients and online audiences.

• Professional demeanor with a polished appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient-focused attitude.

• Basic familiarity with social media; willingness to learn content tools is essential.

• Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Proficiency in English and Filipino; experience with dental software is advantageous.
