About the Role:
The Creative Strategist focuses on developing data-informed strategies that shape the direction of social campaigns. This role identifies trends, consumer insights, and cultural opportunities to ensure campaigns are impactful, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and growth, with emphasis on TikTok.
- Research and analyze cultural and digital trends to inspire strategy and creative development.
- Adapt creative strategies across multiple Asian markets.
- Design cross-platform approaches that align with overall brand objectives.
- Monitor and analyze content performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with the Creative Lead to ensure strategies are translated effectively into executions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years in creative strategy, digital marketing, or social media with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
- Proven track record of crafting strategies that led to successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific content formats, algorithms, and trends.
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics (engagement, ROI, conversion).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with paid media strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
