Job Summary

The
Visual Merchandising Design
is responsible for bringing the brand's visual identity to life across all retail channels. This role ensures consistent, premium brand presentation and enhances consumer engagement through strategic execution of planograms, seasonal campaigns, and retail displays. The position involves strong cross-functional collaboration with suppliers, mall and retail partners, marketing, and sales teams to achieve business and branding objectives.

Responsibilities

I. VMD


• Provide graphics support in VMD for store display, materials, and collaterals such as store tags, posters, print materials, monthly display and other VMD works.


• Assist in installations for events, offline stores, and store openings.


• Frequently visit stores for store display needs and improvement.


• Observe foot traffic data on a regular basis to capture trends and set contingent plans to ensure healthy foot traffic to all Innisfree stores.


• Coordinate promotion/sales activities with commercial, design, campaign, online channels, customer service team to ensure brand marketing plan go smoothly as planned


• Track competitor activities by continually update all changes in the market and the marketing mix used by competitors.

II. Graphic Designs


• Work efficiently with Marketing team for graphics requests.


• Work efficiently with eCommerce team and provide graphics request.


• Support online marketing activities, PR and advertising activities relating to eCommerce sites, Facebook & website to increase awareness and overall sales.


• Support in implementation optimized and relevant local marketing communication.


• Support in communication, marketing activities and digital content.


• Support in planning brand new launch communication and implement local media launch events in case of new launching markets.


• Provide graphic support to Innisfree team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least
    2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail or beauty industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
    (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
    .
  • Team player
    with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience
    working with retail partners such as SM department stores and Watsons is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent eye for design, detail, and brand aesthetics.
  • Field-ready, flexible with travel and schedule for installations, store/event setups and store visits.
  • Ability to work with no affiliation or contract with other brands or creative agencies.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Wiling to do overtime work and travel outside Metro Manila
