As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you'll bring our brand to life in retail spaces, making sure out store look and feel inspiring while driving sales. You'll be in charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining eye-catching displays that reflect our brand's identity and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Visual Merchandising Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with our brand aesthetic and retail goals
  • Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all retail locations, including flagship stores, pop-ups and partner retailers.
  • Create and update planograms for product launches, campaigns and seasonal changes.

Store & Display Management

  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure displays meet brand standards, providing feedback and action plans as needed.
  • Manage and maintain visual merchandising inventory, including fixtures and marketing materials
  • Train retail teams on best practices for visual merchandising

Cross-functional Collaboration & Trend Research

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Retail, and Design teams to develop creative and effective in-store displays.
  • Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement, signage and promotional displays for better engagement and sales.
  • Stay updated on global and local beauty retail trends to continuously improve the in-store experience.

Ad Hoc & Special Projects

  • Be ready to take on ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support business objectives and brand innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Management, Design, Advertising or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
  • A strong eye for aesthetics, color and space planning.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit, SketchUp, 3D Rendering software.
  • Experience in planogram creation and retail display execution
  • Willingness to travel for store visits and new store openings.
