We are looking for a seasoned Financial Controller to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization. This is a senior leadership role that will report directly to the CFO and lead Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Finance Operations.

As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring financial discipline, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning, while supporting business growth across diverse revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial reports and statements in compliance with PFRS.
  • Manage financial operations including accounting, reporting, tax, and internal controls.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business priorities.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide insights on performance and opportunities.
  • Oversee audits, regulatory reporting, and ensure tax compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience
  • Strong background in telecommunications or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of PFRS, taxation, and ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Proven leadership and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
