As of end-2022, FWD Life Philippines ranks 3rd and 6th in terms of Paid-up Capital(1) and New Business Annual Premium Equivalent(2), respectively.For more information, please visit  1 > Statistics > Life > 2022 > Based on Paid-Up Capital2 > Statistics > Life > 2022 > Based on New Business Annual Premium Equivalent• Collaboratively work in the preparation and review of the Company's financial plan, forecast and other financial reports for submission to local management and Group Office (GO).• Prepare and perform reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports which includes P&L, Balance Sheet, and other Key Metrics reporting under MI.• Ensure timely input of financial data (e.g. Sales KPI, Actuarial Inputs and other key financial metrics) in the Finance Management System (FMS) and validate in terms of accuracy and completeness.• Proactively improve the current controls and processes through productivity initiatives.• Assist in the preparation of the financial plan and forecast of the company, managing delivery of information by other departments while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Timely and Accurate Input of Company KPIs and other financial data in Finance Management System (FMS); Perform data validation and analysis and raise any issues to the relevant team for resolution.• Generate required monthly and quarterly reports in FMS required by Group Office (in coordination with Actuarial, Strategy, Distribution, Investments and General Accounting). Perform cross-referencing of data to make sure the correctness of data being generated.• Provide satisfactory responses to adhoc queries and requests from Group Office (GO) and other department / functions.• Review and recommend, if necessary, budget in terms of the submitted Commitment Approval Requests (CARs) and Authorization Forms (AFs).• Document/update or recommend processes relevant to the finance planning/budget/expense Experience: • With minimum of three years' experience in finance/accounting/management reporting/planning• Experience in handling Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (e.g. Oracle) is an advantage.• Proficient in MS word, excel, powerpoint and other tools used in reporting.• Experience in working collaboratively with various department / functions.• Experience in developing and delivering presentationsPrivacy NoticeYour privacy is a priority for FWD.  The Company keeps your personal information with us in confidence.
