The Joint Venture Financial Control Manager shall oversee the financial operations and performance of joint venture (JV) projects of Megaworld Corporation. He/She shall play a strategic role in ensuring sound financial planning, compliance, and reporting, while supporting the growth and governance of high-value partnerships

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with 3+ years in a managerial or JV-focused role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
  • Background in real estate development, audit, or corporate finance is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
