We're looking for a Meta & TikTok Ad Strategist who can fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth through high-performance media buying and creative strategy.

Role Overview

As a Meta & TikTok Ad Strategist, you'll lead paid social strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You'll manage budgets, plan and launch campaigns, analyze data, and work closely with creative teams to build scroll-stopping ads. This is a hands-on role ideal for a performance-driven marketer who understands both numbers and narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management

● Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta and TikTok platforms to drive e-commerce sales.

● Structure and manage ad campaigns across funnel stages (awareness to conversion).

● Conduct audience segmentation, targeting, and budget allocation for optimal performance.

● Create campaign roadmaps with clear goals, KPIs, and testing plans.

Creative Collaboration

● Partner with creative teams to brief, review, and iterate on static and video assets.

● Analyze performance by creative format, hook, CTA, and messaging theme.

● Use platform insights (e.g., TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ad Library) to guide creative development.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

● Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CVR) daily and optimize campaigns based on data.

● Execute A/B tests (audiences, placements, creatives, copy, etc.) and document insights.

● Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable takeaways and scaling recommendations.

Trend & Platform Expertise

● Stay ahead of paid media trends and algorithm changes on both platforms.

● Leverage new ad formats, tools, and beta opportunities to improve campaign results.

● Ensure all creatives and copy comply with ad policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

● 2–4+ years of hands-on media buying experience on Meta and TikTok (in-house or agency).

● Proven track record of managing 5–6 figure monthly ad spend with positive ROAS.

● Strong analytical skills with experience in Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

● Experience in working with creative teams and UGC/influencer assets.

● Understanding of attribution models and funnel-based optimization.

● Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

● Experience scaling ads for a DTC eCommerce brand.

● Knowledge of Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tracking tools.

● Creative copywriting or storyboarding skills.

● Familiarity with motion design or editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
