Job Summary
The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across multiple digital platforms to support both local and international marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management
· Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with the company's marketing objectives
· Manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.)
· Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
· Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
- Content Creation & Campaigns
· Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to produce engaging visuals, videos, and written posts
· Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
· Write compelling captions, blog posts, and short articles to promote events, programs, or job opportunities
· Coordinate social media contests, webinars, and awareness campaigns to drive engagement
- Brand Development & Community Engagement
· Strengthen the company's online presence and brand identity
· Respond promptly to audience inquiries, comments, and feedback
· Build partnerships with influencers, schools, and organizations for collaborative campaigns
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content direction
- Analytics & Reporting
· Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Canva Insights to monitor performance
· Recommend strategies for improvement based on data and trends
· Prepare monthly social media performance reports for management review
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing or digital communications
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and ad management tools.
· Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design software.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English; Tagalog or other languages a plus).
· Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Familiarity with SEO/SEM and email marketing tools is an advantage.
