Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in same industry is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities (if applicable)
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and online marketing strategies
