Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role located in Makati for a Seasonal BPO Account position. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, processing transactions, and providing quality service in a professional manner. Responsibilities may also include meeting specified performance metrics, collaborating with team members, and maintaining adherence to company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • No experience needed
  • Atleast High School Graduate of Old Curriculum
  • Can work onsite and Start Asap
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and effective verbal and written communication
  • Customer service experience, conflict resolution, and ability to provide solutions
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigating software applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently under supervision
  • High level of adaptability, patience, and empathy
  • Open to flexible working hours including weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
  • Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Makati

Salary
