Key Responsibilities:

-Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries related to financial products or services

-Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding account transactions, balances, and billing

-Handle basic troubleshooting and resolve customer concerns effectively

-Document all interactions in the system properly and accurately

-Follow company protocols and compliance procedures

Qualifications:
