  • Management of Projects

Job Description:

  • Design/Planning - consolidate all approved plans, review and calculate cost estimate submitted by the contractor.
  • Construction/Special Projects - daily monitoring and reporting of construction activities, manpower, and equipment. Quality assurance of all construction materials, and construction procedures. Assess the progress billing of the contractor based on their actual work accomplishment
  • Post Construction - Assist in punch listing works prior to turnover, ensure completeness of turnover of documents including as-built plans and variation orders (additives and deductions)

Secure proper documentation of all three items above.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • With at least one (1) year of experience in warehouse construction and land development
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Efficient in documentation
  • Reliably commute and willing to relocate nationwide with an employer-provided relocation package (Required).
  • Work Location: Iloilo

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
