Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Promotions
- Oversee the creation and processing of PWP, PRF, RFP, and CA documents.
- Lead the implementation of trade promotions, in-store activations, mall events, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Work with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Manage logistical and administrative needs for product launches, PR events, and meet-and-greet activities.
Trade Marketing
- Direct the development and rollout of trade module displays and in-store materials.
- Ensure proper storage, replenishment, and distribution of trade collaterals.
- Supervise monitoring of trade display compliance and sales-focused executions in partnership with Sales and Trade teams.
Digital & Content
- Oversee the creation of content calendars and digital media plans.
- Manage the ideation and production of campaign videos and digital assets.
- Coordinate with digital agencies to execute campaigns across platforms.
- Review and evaluate performance reports from KOLs, endorsers, and digital initiatives.
Endorser & KOL Management
- Lead contract negotiations and manage deliverables for endorsers.
- Oversee KOL selection, storyline development, SLA agreements, and influencer seeding efforts.
- Manage seeding logistics and track the performance of influencer and endorser campaigns.
Reports & Analysis
- Supervise the preparation of social media analytics, campaign reports, and business reviews by Marketing Associates.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations on ROI, sales impact, and engagement performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future marketing strategies.
General Support
Budget Management
- Manage marketing budgets in line with company policies.
- Track and monitor expenses across trade, PR, and digital initiatives.
- Propose cost-efficient approaches to maximize marketing ROI.
People Management & Support
- Directly oversee Marketing Associates, offering coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment with Brand, Sales, Trade, and MarComm teams.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, promotional documents, and campaign files.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
