Job description:

Role Overview:

The New Product Development Supervisor supports the development and launch of new health, beauty, and wellness products for the company. This role is responsible for monitoring market trends, assisting in product concept development, coordinating with regulatory and marketing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of product innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Trend Monitoring

  • Gather data on consumer trends, competitor products, and category performance.
  • Provide reports and insights to support product innovation decisions.

Product Development Support

  • Assist in preparing product briefs and documentation for new product concepts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Sales) during product development.
  • Support evaluation of product formulations, claims, and packaging.

Regulatory & Compliance Coordination

  • Work with Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely FDA submissions and approvals.
  • Prepare technical documents and assist in reviewing product labels.

Marketing & Launch Support

  • Collaborate with Marketing in preparing launch materials and product information.
  • Provide product knowledge training and technical support to Sales teams.

Project Coordination

  • Monitor timelines, project deliverables, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist the Manager in tracking progress of innovation projects.

Post-Launch Monitoring

  • Collect consumer and market feedback on launched products.
  • Assist in evaluating product performance and recommending improvements.
