Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor / Digital Content Creator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, with a strong eye for detail and proficiency in video editing software. You will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality digital content across various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials. The role requires creativity, technical skills, and the ability to bring ideas to life through video.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience as a Video Editor, Digital Content Creator, or similar role.

· Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

· Strong knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects using software like After Effects or Blender.

· Experience in video production, including shooting, lighting, and audio setup is a plus.

· Solid understanding of video formats, compression, and platform specifications for various social media platforms.

· Creativity and attention to detail with a strong storytelling ability.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Familiarity with analytics tools to track content performance is a plus.

· Must have experience with animation, 3D modeling, or interactive media.

· Knowledge of SEO and content optimization for video.

· Background in marketing or social media content creation.

· Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.

· Excellent written and communication skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Video Editing Responsibilities:

· Edit and produce high-quality video content for a variety of platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, facebook and e-commerce platform

· Work closely with the sales team to understand project goals, brand voice, and video requirements.

· Enhance raw footage by applying video effects, sound design, color correction, and motion graphics.

· Trim, sequence, and assemble footage into compelling stories while maintaining the integrity of the content and brand message.

· Ensure all video content meets company standards for quality, style, and consistency.

· Manage and organize video files, ensuring proper archiving and easy retrieval for future projects.

· Edit content for promotional videos, tutorials, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes, and more.

Digital Content Creation Responsibilities:

· Develop creative concepts and ideas for digital content campaigns aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for social media, e-commerce advertisements, blogs, and websites.

· Capture and produce video content when needed, including but not limited to interviews, product shoots, and behind-the-scenes footage.

· Research trends and popular content formats to ensure videos remain relevant and engaging for the audience.

· Create and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content across multiple channels.

· Optimize video content for each platform, ensuring proper aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for maximum engagement and reach.

· Stay updated on video production techniques, digital content trends, and emerging platforms to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.

· Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, social media, design) to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital content.

· Track and report on content performance, identifying opportunities for improvement or optimization.

· Edit and adapt existing video content for different use cases, such as ad campaigns, website updates, or email marketing.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday | compressed working time (9:00 AM - 6:30 PM)Alternating Saturdays | only twice a month (9:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
