Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor Responsibilities Creates graphics for marketing collaterals, catalogs, packaging, web banners and social media content. Studies design briefs, determines requirements and conceptualizes visuals based on requirements. Collaborates with the Sales team to implement and test designs across various media. Reports on schedule and timeline regarding the status of projects, changes and updates. Ensures final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand. Reviews designs for errors before printing or publishing them. Photographs products for catalogs and e‑commerce. Creates packaging design in accordance with company guidelines. Produces compelling packaging and product mock‑ups. Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or any related field. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field. Expert in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Lightroom. Knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Advanced skills in DSLR photography, with the ability to manually adjust settings (e.g., shutter speed, ISO, etc.). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, and WeTransfer. Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Tagalog. Proficient in creating packaging designs, logos, sell sheets, and catalogs. Experienced in color adjustments, image cleaning, shadow manipulation, and seamless blending. Familiar with printing methods and paper types to optimize design outcomes. Strong design portfolio (must be included in resume). Updated with contemporary design principles and trends. Thrives in team environments, adept at meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Must have a keen eye for detail. Product design experience is a plus. Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus. Social media and e‑commerce platform work experience is a plus. Reliable, professional, and with a positive attitude. Willing to take a design test to demonstrate skills. Willing to start ASAP. Willing to work alternating Saturdays. Willing to work on‑site in Parañaque/Merville, Pasay area.
