DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates graphics for marketing collaterals, catalogs, packaging, web banners and social media content
  • Studies design briefs, determines requirements and conceptualizes visuals based on requirements
  • Collaborates and works with Sales team to implement and tests designs across various media
  • Reports based on schedule and timeline regarding the status of the project, changes, and the likes
  • Ensures that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Reviews designs for errors before printing or publishing them
  • Photographs products for catalogs and E-commerce
  • Create packaging design in accordance with our company guidelines.
  • Produce compelling packaging and product mock-ups.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or any related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field.

· Expert in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Lightroom.

· Knowledgeable in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

· Advanced skills in DSLR photography, with the ability to manually adjust settings (e.g., shutter speed, ISO, etc.).

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, and WeTransfer.

· Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Tagalog.

· Proficient in creating packaging designs, logos, sell sheets, and catalogs.

· Experienced in color adjustments, image cleaning, shadow manipulation, and seamless blending.

· Familiar with printing methods and paper types to optimize design outcomes.

· Strong design portfolio (must be included in resume).

· Updated with contemporary design principles and trends.

· Thrives in team environments, adept at meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

· Must have a keen eye for detail.

· Product design experience is a plus.

· Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.

· Social media and e-commerce platform work experience is a plus.

· Reliable, professional, and with a positive attitude.

· Willing to take a design test to demonstrate skills.

· Willing to start ASAP.

· Willing to work alternating Saturdays.

· Willing to work on-site in Parañaque/Merville, Pasay area.
