Your work will be measured, optimized, and directly impact our move from eight to nine figures. What You’ll Be Doing Turn briefs, scripts, and raw creator content into high‑performing assets. Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and talent managers to refine output. Edit short‑form and long‑form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube, creating multiple hooks and variations. Add captions, overlays, pattern interrupts, sound effects, and native transitions. Utilize AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, Runway, Veo3) to streamline production. Ensure all content complies with creator usage rights and licensing before publishing. Optimize pacing, storytelling, and retention across all platforms. Organize and manage projects efficiently with minimal supervision. Who You Are Proven experience editing video ads and UGC for e‑commerce brands. Skilled with both short‑form and long‑form formats. Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention. Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro; able to create overlays, captions, and simple motion graphics. Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics. Familiar with AI content tools like HeyGen and Runway, or quick to learn. Resourceful, proactive, and capable of self‑management.
