Telemarketing Team Leader

Become our Company's Telemarketer Team Lead and support a niche, service-focused contact center delivering 24/7.
Job Requirements:
- Design telephone maintenance script updates and team member KPI design
- Effectively communicate and perform cross-departmental tasks (customer support and event teams)
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, text and messaging apps and serving clients.
- 2-3 years of experience in telephone service and user maintenance and development management.
- Work with Management team to ensure projects launch and accomplish successfully as well as ensure that targeted operations KPI are achieved.
Qualifications:
- BS/BS Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Managing multiple telemarketer
- Strong Organization skills with attention to details
- Positive attitude and quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new requirements
