Job Requirements:

  • Design telephone maintenance script updates and team member KPI design
  • Effectively communicate and perform cross-departmental tasks (customer support and event teams)
  • Handle customer interactions via phone, email, text and messaging apps and serving clients.
  • 2-3 years of experience in telephone service and user maintenance and development management.
  • Work with Management team to ensure projects launch and accomplish successfully as well as ensure that targeted operations KPI are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BS Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in Managing multiple telemarketer
  • Strong Organization skills with attention to details
  • Positive attitude and quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to new requirements
