Specific responsibilities: - Ensuring the proper functioning of the office, managing supplies, and

maintaining equipment.

  • Organizing, maintaining, and filing all financial and administrative documents and databases.

  • Liaising with external vendors, managing purchasing processes, and ensuring service delivery.

  • Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support departmental needs and providing end-user support.

  • Providing general administrative support to the managers.

  • Assist in preparing financial records, processing invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions.

  • Assist in generating invoices, preparing billings.

  • Processing employee payroll and managing payments to suppliers and service providers.

  • Participating in internal and external audits and ensuring financial compliance with regulations.

  • Conducting regular bank transactions and reconciling bank statements.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Management,

Finance or related course

  • At least 2 years' experience in accounting/finance in the field of Freight

Forwarding/Logistics Industry. Experience in purchasing is a plus

  • High level of good organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent organizational, analytical and research skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.

Effective oral and written management communication skills
