QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-year Course preferably Health Related Courses
  • At least two (2) years of working experience, preferably in administration and general clerical tasks;
  • With at least one (1) year experience the same field;
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills;
  • Keen on details, time-management, and problem-solving.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collaborates with the sales, marketing/ product managers, internal teams, clients and partners in marketing strategy.
  2. Works closely with sales and marketing departments for all activities that are designed to drive up company revenue.
  3. Prepares formats and edits a range of documents such as quotations, price lists, marketing letters and other various forms of documentation as requested by the sales team.
  4. Ensures all communication and marketing efforts are in line with vision, missions, strategy, and core values.
  5. Creates marketing collaterals such as brochures, case studies, videos and presentations especially for marketing activities. Oversees production of all print and electronic materials, annual reports, website, etc.
  6. Maintains marketing databases (attendances, emails, contact numbers, and etc.) for each of the product lines and marketing activities.
  7. Provides administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
  8. Understands and researches on company products and brands. Assisting in all forms of learning/ training, conducted in-house or by principals.
  9. Creates and updates social media accounts and content. Ensures that all content is relevant and up-to-date.
  10. Assists in general office duties to help the bidding committee. Other duties and responsibilities that may arise from time to time.
