
Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing client accounts, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. This role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting with sales presentations, and maintaining effective communication between the sales team and clients to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Manage and organize sales leads, inquiries, and client information systems and sales tools.
- Prepare and process sales contracts, proposals, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and facilitating communication between clients and the sales team.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site inspections, and follow-ups.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, including the development of promotional materials and campaign coordination.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Assist in organizing and executing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Ensure that all sales processes are followed accurately and efficiently, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and market trends to effectively support the sales team.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as reservations and operations, to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and bookings.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for review by the sales team and management.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant tools.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
- Familiarity with sales processes, PMS systems, and marketing practices is preferred.
