Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records at the project site or head office. This role ensures that all cash collections, reimbursements, and disbursements are properly documented and reported. The Cashier also assists in monitoring petty cash, preparing daily reports, and supporting the accounting department in ensuring smooth financial operations within the construction project.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier, Accounting Clerk, or similar role (experience in a construction company is an advantage)
  • Knowledgeable in cash handling, petty cash management, and basic accounting procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word); experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna (candidates residing nearby are preferred)
