As a Technical Project Manager of OPSOLUTIONS you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of complex software projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects. Ensures projects are delivered based on the outlined objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions impeccably within the project framework, ensuring alignment with the project objectives.

  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements, effort, and solutions.

  • Oversee the design, development, and testing of software-based applications.

  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that deliverables meet technical qualifications and adhere to industry standards.

  • Collaborate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and be able to bridge the gap between different functional areas within the project.

  • Measure project performance using applicable systems, tools and techniques.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project factors.

  • Form and sustain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Report and escalate to the Management any issues concerning the project, as needed.
