Software QA Tester

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Software Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Silang, Cavite.
• Can start immediately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders
• Creative solving of technical problems – to ensure the ability to translate technical requirements test plans
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quickly
• Ability to think abstractly – to ensure the ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find bugs quickly.
• Functional/Technical Skills
• Experience of working in Agile Software Development
• Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
• Experience in Manual Testing but Automation skills is plus
• Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being tested
• Business process understanding
• Knowledgeable in using project management tools/bug tracking tools
• Knowledge on Jira or any QA tools Automation skill is a plus
• Technical knowledge with database such as MySQL
• Experience in creating test case and test plans as documentation
