DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES

  • Participates every monthly/yearly stock taking activities and assist in spearheading the count activities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for the variances noted on the actual count. Perform recount and validate supporting document if necessary.
  • Witness and audit work in process inventory from production.
  • Checking of WIP inventory count result.
  • Lead the company's regular scrap hauling activities for both Plant 1 and Plant 2
  • Must ensure correctness on the weight of every scrap hauled by scrapper.
  • Monitor and update scrap records.
  • Weekly checking of Job Order Analysis from Production and Warehouse.
  • Monthly checking of Final Job Order Analysis and Warehouse Report.
  • Monthly Build Order Analysis Report Submission.
  • Performs monthly stock adjustment.
  • Prepares monthly Marginal profit ratio data.
  • Summarizes monthly box usage.
  • Maintains an organized filing of all inventory related documents.
  • Compliance with the company rules and procedures.
  • Perform other functions that maybe assigned from time to time by his/her superior.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Accountancy graduate
  • With or without experience
  • Knowledge on standard accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Computer literate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Can work under pressure and under minimum supervision.
