Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Collect, clean, and analyze service data (response times, service tickets, equipment failures, spare parts usage, technician productivity).
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and automated reports for management.
  • Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Process & Systems Support

  • Review and document existing service workflows and recommend process enhancements.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, and field service tools.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry across systems.
  • Assist in setting and tracking KPIs for service efficiency and quality.

Operational Support

  • Provide data-driven insights to support scheduling, technician allocation, and route optimization.
  • Work closely with the Technical Service Team on warranty tracking, cost analysis, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Monitor compliance with Middleby service standards and reporting requirements.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Technical Service teams to align analytics with business needs.
  • Present data findings in a clear, actionable format for decision-making.
  • Support training of service staff on proper use of digital systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications

  • With Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, IT, or related field.
  • With at least 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, service operations, or business process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM/service management systems (preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Willing to be assigned at Laguna Technopark in Biñan, Laguna
