About Us

We're a U.S.-based DTC brand with over $300M+ in lifetime revenue across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and retail. Now we're building the next generation of e-commerce infrastructure using AI agents, automation, and lean, global teams.

We already have a senior AI engineer developing our GPT/Claude-based agents.

Now we're hiring a full-time systems analyst to QA, document, and optimize these systems — and eventually own their performance and scalability across the company.

About the Role

This is not a development role — it's a full-time position for someone who can deeply understand what's being built, test it thoroughly, document it clearly, and improve it iteratively.

You will be the bridge between the engineers and the rest of the company.

You'll become the internal expert on how the system works, what's working, and how to make it better.

This is a critical long-term hire. If you're technical, detail-oriented, and love understanding + optimizing systems, this is for you.

What You'll Do

● Learn and document our Claude/GPT-powered systems (Ads Agent, CRO Agent, etc.)

● QA all deliverables and flag if milestones are incomplete or buggy

● Identify inefficiencies, friction points, and breakdown risks

● Collaborate with the founder, engineer, and PH team

● Own documentation, SOPs, prompt libraries, and internal wikis

● Train others on how to use the system (PH team, future hires)

● Propose optimizations and ensure the system stays scalable as it grows

● Long-term: oversee performance and agent reliability across departments

Who You Are

● A systems thinker — you see how things connect and want to optimize them

● Technical enough to read through GPT/Claude prompt chains and logic flows

● Comfortable testing workflows in Zapier, Make, Shopify, or ClickUp

● Excellent at documentation and async communication

● Detail-oriented, reliable, and good at spotting what others miss

● Based in Eastern Europe or the Philippines preferred

● Fluent in English — clear, direct, async-ready

Bonus (but not required):

● Experience with Shopify 2.0 or e-commerce funnels

● Experience building or QA'ing Claude/GPT systems

● Background in QA, tech ops, automation, or systems documentation

● Familiarity with VWO, GA4, Triple Whale, or conversion analytics
