Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and driven AI Developer to take ownership of building and deploying an intelligent auto-dialer system and AI agents that can interact seamlessly with users via voice or messaging platforms. This role will involve transforming raw call data into structured datasets, building AI models, and ensuring end-to-end integration of the system with our backend services.

You will play a key role in developing custom datasets (a structured library of interactions), training AI agents, and ensuring accurate and real-time performance in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy an AI-powered auto-dialer system capable of managing and initiating large volumes of calls.
  • Develop intelligent AI agents (voice/chat) using provided raw data and custom-built datasets to simulate human-like interactions.
  • Create structured datasets (a library) from unstructured or raw data to train NLP and ML models.
  • Integrate AI agents with backend systems and third-party APIs to ensure end-to-end automation.
  • Implement and fine-tune machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) models to improve agent accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define system requirements, testing protocols, and deployment strategies.
  • Continuously improve model performance based on real-time feedback and usage data.
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and security in all aspects of development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing AI or ML applications in real-world environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech technologies.
  • Experience working with telephony systems, VoIP, or building auto-dialer systems is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to convert raw, unstructured data into training-ready datasets.
  • Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, and cloud environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with dialogue management systems or frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure AI/ML tools.
  • Background in developing virtual assistants, voice bots, or customer service AI.
  • Prior work on auto-dialers, predictive dialers, or call center automation tools.
