Auto Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting and Diagnosing: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify malfunctions and determine the extent of damage using both manual and computerized diagnostic tools.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires.
• Repairs: Repair or replace worn or broken parts, including brake pads, steering components, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Customer Communication: Explain mechanical problems, recommend necessary repairs, and advise customers on vehicle conditions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all repair work performed on vehicles.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and ensure all critical parts are checked and tested.
• Staying Current: Continuously learn about the latest automotive technology and electronic systems to perform complex repairs.
