We are looking for someone who can fully commit to us. This Mid-Level role will be responsible for the execution and coordination of daily inventory control, logistics, and fulfillment processes with the Purchasing Team to support timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory tasks like cycle counts, audits, and stock reconciliation; resolving discrepancies; and accurately recording movements using the ERP/WMS system.
  • Schedule and track inbound/outbound shipments and resolving standard logistics issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Generate reports like delivery performance and inventory accuracy, and identifying/proposing for process improvement.
  • Coordinate and monitor all air and sea shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, airway bill, etc.) to ensure customs compliance and timely clearance.
  • Coordinate urgent shipments to support product launches, marketing events, and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics operations, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or distribution sector.
  • Proficiency in using an ERP or other company system (eg. Big Seller) for inventory management and processing.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel (or equivalent) for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and can build rapport with multicultural teams.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
