About Us
We are two fast-growing consumer brands — One brand specialises in premium bedding whilst the other focuses on high quality fitness equipment. Both brands are expanding beyond Amazon into Shopify, and we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Ecommerce Growth & Operations Manager to take ownership of our Shopify stores, coordinate with external marketing partners, and drive online sales growth.
This is a shared role across both brands, offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to play a key part in scaling two exciting businesses.
Key Growth Responsibilities
- Drive website growth through paid advertising by managing our external marketing agency.
- Provide the agency with up-to-date product information, promotions, and creative assets.
- Oversee Google and Meta ad performance, ensuring ROAS targets are consistently achieved through careful monitoring and optimisation.
- Manage SEO for existing and new product lines (on-site and via backlinks/referrals from reputable blogs and news outlets).
- Stay ahead of emerging discovery channels (including AI-powered search/shopping assistants) to maximise visibility of our products.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) using Shopify Email, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
- Track performance (open rates, CTR, revenue per send) and optimise through A/B testing and content improvements.
- Think creatively to introduce additional revenue streams through new marketplaces, marketing channels, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Key Operations Responsibilities
- Ensure stock is correctly synced across Shopify, Amazon FBA, and FBM.
- Handle customer service (emails, refunds, returns, order queries) to maintain high satisfaction.
- Generate weekly reports on sales, ROAS, traffic, and top-performing products.
- Flag risks such as low stock on advertised or high-performing products.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing & growing a Shopify store.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, conversion rate, AOV).
- SEO knowledge for Shopify.
- Experience with Shopify apps (reviews, subscriptions, loyalty, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Shopify Email, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Nice to Have (but not essential)
- Experience with Amazon FBA/FBM inventory management.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Experience with AI models
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
